The GLA 250 is powered by a 2L turbocharged 4-cylinder engine mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission that makes 221 horsepower, the AMG 35 uses the same engine tuned for 302 horsepower.
The GLA 250 is available in both front-wheel and all-wheel drive while the AMG 35 is only available in all-wheel drive each with a single trim.
The GLA250 comes well equipped with a 48 volt hybrid motor, 18-inch wheels, a rear spoiler, power liftgate, heated power folding side mirrors with integrated turn signals, LED headlights, front fog lights, front memory seats, automatic dual-zone climate control, rain-sensing windshield wipers, HD radio with Bluetooth hands-free connectivity and audio streaming, a 10.25-inch touchscreen, cruise control, wireless device charging, a power driver seat with memory, and split-folding rear seats.
The AMG GLA 35 features a sport suspension, painted calipers, front and rear vented disc brakes, a predictive brake assist system, a sunroof, 19-inch wheels, heated front seats, a 10.25-inch touchscreen, a leather sport steering wheel and 4 USB ports.
