Kia Niro EV
The 2025 Niro EV is available in two trims Wind and Wave. It is equipped with a 64-kWh battery powering the front motor, delivering an estimated 253 miles per charge. The electric motor produces 201 horsepower and 291 lb-ft of torque, reaching 0-60mph in 6.2 seconds. The battery can be fully recharged in 6.8 hours using a level 2 240V charger or reach an 80% charge in 1 hour using DC Fast 100kW.
The base trim Wind, includes a generous list of standard features with leatherette and cloth upholstery, heated front seats, power driver seat, 17-inch aluminum wheels, ambient lighting, dual-zone automatic climate control, satellite radio, voice activated navigation, apple CarPlay and android auto a 10.25-inch touchscreen, wireless phone charger, and smart key with push button start.
The Wave trim adds bidirectional charging, a power sunroof, power folding side mirrors with turn signals, LED headlights, an auto-dimming rear-view mirror, head-up display, ventilated front seats, sport pedals, driver seat memory, power adjustable passenger seat, an 8-speaker sound system, a garage door transmitter, front and rear parking sensors, front cross traffic mitigation, and a heated steering wheel.
Standard safety items on the Niro EV include 7 airbags, active lane departure, blind spot warning, forward collision mitigation with left turn assist, rear collision mitigation, front pedestrian detection, a driver attention alert, and a traffic sign information system.
