Audi SQ8 e-tron
The Q8 e-tron is powered by two electric motors producing 355 horsepower, while the SQ8 e-tron produces 429 horsepower using three electric motors. Audi claims the Q8 e-tron can go 0-60 mph in 5.4 seconds while the SQ8 e-tron can hit 0-60 mph in 4.2 seconds. Using a fast charger Audi claims the battery can be charged from 10%-80% in about 30 minutes.
Technology is in abundance with a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system, which manages navigation, entertainment and ride dynamics. The virtual cockpit plus is designed as a digital instrument display with gauges that aid the driver with maximizing efficiency, recuperation and range to get the most out of your electric Audi. The smartphone interface lets users access their phones to connect to apps, music, maps, messages and more. Amazon Alexa is also offered. The myAudi app lets users personalize each ride by accessing a suite of services that connect to your e-tron and amplify your driving experience. They include e-tron route planner, remote charging planner, and remote climatization for a more relaxing driving experience.
Audi's standard home charging system can be used with either a 230 volt household outlet or a 400 volt three-phase outlet. The optional connect charging system doubles the charging power to as much as 22kW.
The premium trim starts with heated front seats, four-zone automatic climate control, panoramic sunroof, LED headlights, navigation, and a 10-speaker sound system.
Standard safety equipment includes front and rear parking sensors, adaptive cruise control, an active lane departure warning system, blind spot warning, forward collision mitigation, rear collision warning, and a pedestrian detection system.
