The 2024 Nissan Rogue is available in four trims: S, SV, SL and the top-of-the-line Platinum. Nissan keeps things pretty simple with powertrain options for the Rogue. Power comes from a 1.5L turbocharged 3-cylinder engine making 201 horsepower and 225 pound-feet of torque, which Nissan claims is top in its class. Nissan mates that engine to an efficient Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT). The Rogue comes standard with front-wheel drive, however all-wheel drive is optional on all models. The base model Rogue S is more basic than other versions but is still equipped with plenty of nice features. Air conditioning, cruise control, power door locks and power windows are all generally expected and all are present. However, more upscale items that come standard on the S include NissanConnect 8-inch touchscreen display, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, rearview camera, LED daytime running lights and illuminated audio controls on the steering wheel. The mid-grade SV adds to the S with 18-inch aluminum-alloy wheels, remote start, push-button ignition and intelligent key, automatic dual-zone climate control, 8-way power adjustable driver's seat, and rear sonar system. The SL trim comes with everything from the SV plus 19-inch aluminum-alloy wheels, heated outside mirrors with turn signal indicators, heated leather seats, heated leather-wrapped steering wheel, a 12.3-inch touchscreen and a 6-speaker sound system, a power rear liftgate, intelligent cruise control and Nissan's ProPILOT assist. The top Platinum trim adds a navigation system, real-time weather and traffic display, wireless device charging, 10-speaker sound system and a 12.3-inch touchscreen display. Numerous safety systems come standard on the Rogue, including anti-lock brakes, traction control and stability control. Nissan Intelligent Mobility with Safety Shield 360 is standard and includes features such as lane departure warnings, forward and rear collision mitigation, pedestrian detection, and a driver attention alert.
