The Acura ZDX is powered an electric motor that produces 358 horsepower in the rear-wheel drive model and dual motors that produce 490-499 horsepower in the all-wheel drive models while both are mated to an automatic transmission. The rear-wheel drive model has a range of 313 miles while the all-wheel drive gets 278-304 miles depending on the trim. The is available in three all-wheel drive trims, A-Spec Package, Type S, Type S w/Performance Tire while the rear-wheel model is only available in the A-Spec Package trim. Even the lowest trim comes nicely equipped with standard features including LED headlamps and taillamps, 20-inch alloy wheels, heated side mirrors with turn signal indicators, a power liftgate, rain sensing wipers, an oversized sunroof, Bluetooth connectivity, a mobile hotspot, satellite radio, keyless start, an 11.3-inch touchscreen, a digital instrument cluster, dual-zone climate control, and 8-way power heated and ventilated front seats. The Type S adds an adaptive air ride suspension, painted calipers, roof rails, black exterior accents, 22-inch wheels, 16-way power front seats, heated rear seats, driver and passenger seat memory, separate rear climate controls, a proximity key, a 120V AC power outlet, head-up display, surround view cameras, an active driver attention alert, rear pedestrian detection, and automated parking sensors. Standard safety features include 8 airbags, an automatic emergency braking system, adaptive cruise control, automated parking sensors, active lane departure, active blind spot, forward and rear collision mitigation, and front pedestrian detection.
